In order monitor chains enhance processes, reference model offers suggestions benchmarking tools. study, conceptual framework illustrated show how these standards could used E-waste link business metrics, industry standards, technology relationship coordination between members increase throughout chain. Insufficient attention so far been paid SCOR model's criteria, according an assessment literature.
